E-Bike "72v" Style Battery Conversion Kit

The battery is the biggest flat surface on the bike, and the stock one looks like what it is. This kit wraps it in the same matte vinyl the aftermarket pack builders use, then adds the 72v style decals on top, so the whole pack reads as an upgrade instead of stock.

Battery packs differ between models and between production years, and an aftermarket pack is almost never the same size as the stock one. If your bike is not on the list, or you are running a non-standard pack, choose Custom and give us the measurements rather than guessing.

Installing

Heat shrinks the vinyl onto the pack for a flush, square finish. Work slowly and push the air out as you go.
