At PNW Customs, we are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible.

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays
  • Processing times may be extended during high demand, preorders, or product launches
  • If there is a delay, we will notify you via email

2. Shipping Times

Shipping times are estimates and vary based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Please note: shipping times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other external factors outside of our control.

3. Preorders & Backorders

Items listed as preorder or backorder will ship once they become available.

  • Estimated ship dates are subject to change
  • Orders containing preorder items may be held until all items are ready to ship
  • By placing a preorder, you agree to potential delays

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

PNW Customs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee replacements or refunds.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • If an order is returned to us due to incorrect information, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs

8. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the package and damaged item

We will review the claim and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

9. International Shipping (if applicable)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer
  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing
