Return Policy

At PNW Customs, we only accept returns for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

By placing an order, you agree to the following return terms:

  • Returns are only eligible if the package has not been opened.
  • Any item that has been opened, used, installed, damaged, or altered in any way is not eligible for return.
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Used or installed parts
  • Custom orders
  • Final sale items
  • Items not in original sealed packaging

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and item.

How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at admin@pnwcustoms-com.net with your order number and reason for the return. Returns sent back without approval may not be accepted.
