If your order is canceled after payment has been received, you will be refunded to your original payment method.

PNW Customs is not responsible for delivery delays once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns will only be accepted for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. Any opened, used, installed, or altered item is not eligible for return.
