PNW Customs Return Policy
At PNW Customs, we want every customer to be happy with their order. Please read our return policy before purchasing.
Returns
We accept returns only if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.
To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send the item.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Opened or used items
- Installed parts
- Damaged items caused by the customer
- Custom or special-order products
- Sale or clearance items
- Electrical parts, unless defective upon arrival
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method.
Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong product.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to make it right.
